Location: Brookfield, WI

About the Position

You'll be:

  • Planning, scheduling and managing PCI DSS, PA-DSS and HIPAA/HITECH assessments, penetration testing, forensic investigations and other security and compliance work in coordination with our consulting team
  • Operating within budgetary and time constraints while maintaining high levels of quality and profitability
  • Managing complex engagements to meet critical deadlines
  • Running project kickoff calls and developing project plans for all stakeholders
  • Building and nurturing relationships, while staying in active contact with clients throughout the lifecycle of their projects
  • Assessing project risk factors and executing appropriate courses of mitigation

You'll need to:

  • Be a multi-tasking, self-starter who can react promptly and effectively to changing demands and priorities
  • Juggle a large number of projects at one time while making clients feel that they have your undivided attention
  • Possess a ruthless attention to detail, an excellent memory and laser-like focus
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Dazzle us with skilled negotiating techniques
  • Prove your leadership abilities to your clients and colleagues
  • Be proficient with the MS Office Suite, particularly in developing, improving and maintaining MS Office-based tools to track project metrics

Ideally, you'll also:

  • Have 1-3 years of IT/regulatory project management experience
  • Have a Bachelor's degree
  • Write good and speak gooder
  • Have an interest in security

You'll get a gold star if you:

  • Know of, or have had experience with, security assessments
  • Have a software or networking background
  • Have taken project management courses or possess any related certifications (e.g., PMP)
  • Are fluent in Spanish or other languages to help us service our growing base of international customers
